Sofa Warranty Policy
At Celebrity Interiors Ltd, we stand by the quality of our sofas and offer a limited six-month warranty covering structural integrity.
Warranty Coverage
Structural Frame: Covered for six months against manufacturing defects.
Other Components (Cushions, Upholstery, Mechanisms, etc.): Not covered under warranty.
Warranty Terms
If a structural fault arises within the first six months, we will arrange for collection, repair, and redelivery free of charge, in line with your statutory rights.
After six months, if you report an issue, we will first inspect the sofa to determine the cause of the problem. This inspection is chargeable. If the fault is deemed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of the repair, but a £65 collection fee and £65 redelivery fee will apply. If the issue is not deemed a manufacturing fault, all repair and transport costs will be chargeable.
What’s Not Covered?
General wear and tear from regular use.
Cushion flattening, fabric pilling, or natural fading of materials.
Accidental damage, spills, stains, or misuse.
Issues arising from improper care, incorrect assembly, or modifications.
Any defects reported after the six-month warranty period that are not deemed to be a manufacturing fault.
How to Make a Claim
If you experience an issue with your sofa’s structure within the six-month warranty period, please contact our customer service team at info@celebrityinteriors.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue.
For complaints made after six months, we will arrange an inspection before confirming if the repair qualifies under the warranty. If the issue is not covered, you will be responsible for any repair and transport costs.
At Celebrity Interiors Ltd, we recommend following proper care guidelines to extend the life of your sofa. If you require assistance beyond the warranty period, we offer chargeable repair services.
