How to Apply For Finance - 

Prior To Calling Checklist 

Call us on 01924 607572 to start the application. Please have the following information ready to apply:

1. Full name -  Address - Contact Number - Email Address
2. Product you wish to purchase
3. Duration of how long you would like your loan
4. Card to Pay your 1st Payment upfront 

All application get an instant decision 95% of the time. If the finance company require to do further checks then you would be notified within 24-48hours

 

Pre Application Checklist

 PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

- Over the age of 18. 

- Has the customer been declared Bankrupt or has CCJ’s?

 

- Unacceptable Debit Cards –

*Metro/Monzo/Starling/Think Money*

- Debit Cards issued at the delivery address

- Product is delivered to the address on the Application

- Prior to Ordering Please Ensure Customer is ready to make their 1st Pay Upfront

 

Change of Address Process

 If your moving home and need your furniture delivery to a different address please read the following:

To change the customers address the following process would need to be followed :-

• Customer contacts Payment Assist directly to change address.

• Customer confirms to the Retailer their address has been updated with PA.

• Retailer completes Change of Address form with customer (attached, this has to be completed for Retailer to deliver)

• After delivery, the signed Change of Address form and Invoice will be sent to Optima as one document and we will upload this for you.

• Payment Assist will complete a further check to confirm the Change of Address has been actioned.
